📋 Veterinary Testing & Interpretation Guidelines
This diagnostic kit is intended strictly for professional in-vitro veterinary use in clinical environments. Proper sample collection is vital for accurate testing results.
Test Procedure Steps:
- Sample Collection: Use the included sterile swab to collect a fresh fecal sample or vomit sample from the dog's rectum or from the ground. Ensure enough sample coats the tip of the swab.
- Buffer Mixing: Insert the swab immediately into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitate and stir the swab thoroughly for 10–15 seconds to ensure the sample fully dissolves into the extraction liquid.
- Application: Place the test cassette on a flat, clean surface. Using the disposable dropper, extract the mixed buffer solution and add exactly 3 to 4 drops into the sample well (marked "S") on the cassette.
- Read Time: Wait for the colored bands to appear. Read and interpret the results strictly between 5 and 10 minutes. Do not interpret any bands that appear after 15 minutes.
Result Interpretation:
- Positive (+): Two colored bands appear—one in the Control line (C) region and one in the Test line (T) region. This indicates the presence of the respective antigen.
- Negative (-): Only one colored band appears in the Control line (C) region, with no visible band in the Test line (T) region.
- Invalid: No visible band appears in the Control line (C) region, regardless of whether a Test band is present. Repeat the test using a fresh cassette.
⚠️ Important Veterinary Health & Safety Information
- Visual Description & Symptoms: The product is stored in a professional 10-count clinic box, with each test assembly individually foil-wrapped alongside a desiccant pack to ensure stability. It is urgently utilized when puppies or adult dogs present acute clinical signs of severe gastrointestinal infection, such as projectile or bloody diarrhea (dysentery), persistent vomiting, severe dehydration, or lethargy combined with a sudden loss of appetite.

Three Potential Causes of Testing Errors: To ensure absolute validity, prevent testing mistakes which include:
- Cross-contamination of samples by reusing droppers or swabs between different animals.
- Insufficient or excessive fecal sample amounts mixed into the extraction buffer tube.
- Reading results after the 15-minute mark, which can lead to false-positive interpretation due to evaporation lines.
- Label & Storage Verification: Please check the expiration date stamped on each individual foil pouch before opening. Store kits at room temperature or refrigerated (2–30°C). Do not freeze the testing kits, and keep them completely out of direct sunlight
