The product is a luteolytic agent for inducing farrowing in sows and sows, thus offering the possibility of a more efficient and convenient management system in a variety of ways:
- allows a more efficient subdivision system for sows and sows

In horses, a slight sweating and a decrease in rectal temperature may occur after treatment. These appear transient and are resolved without intervention. In some cases, soft stools may appear shortly after treatment. Other reactions that may occur are: increased heart rate and respiratory rate, abdominal discomfort, locomotor coordination and decubitus position. These can be seen 15 minutes after injection and disappear after about an hour. Localized post-injection bacterial infections have occasionally been observed.

DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTE (S) AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
(single or repeated dose of 2 ml - equivalent to 500 µg cloprostenol - by intramuscular injection)
Undercover (or undetected estrus)
After diagnosing the presence of the corpus luteum by transrectal palpation, it is treated with this product and the animals with heat are artificially inseminated. The other animals that did not show heat will be re-examined 11 days later and will be given a second injection, and the insemination will be done at estrus or on a fixed date: once every 72-84 hours after the treatment or twice or 72 to 96 hours after treatment.
Induction of parturition around the period provided as the normal term for calving. The induction should be as close as possible to the term of delivery, but not more than 10 days in advance. Induction should not be performed before day 270 of gestation measured from the date of confirmation of conception, except in case of pathological cases.
Abortion of normal pregnancy
Normal gestation may be discontinued in cattle from one week after conception until day 150 of gestation. The best results are obtained by the 100th day of gestation. The treated animals are kept under observation until they completely expel the fetus and placenta.
Chronic endometritis (pyometra) - is treated with a single dose.
If no results are obtained immediately, the treatment can be repeated after 10-14 days.
Ovarian cyst - when ovarian cysts are associated with persistence of the corpus luteum and the absence of heat is diagnosed, the product can be used to effectively treat this condition and return to the physiological cycle.
Ponies and donkeys: single dose of 0.5 - 1.0 ml (equivalent to 62-250 µg of cloprostenol) by intramuscular injection.
Purebred horses, running and heavy breeds: 1-2 ml (equivalent to 250-500 µg of cloprostenol) by intramuscular injection.
A single dose of 0.75 ml by intramuscular injection.
Having calculated the average gestation time for each farm, sows and gilts can be treated two days before this date or at any later date that is convenient for the farm management system.
